EndoGusto receives your completed activities automatically from Garmin, COROS, Polar, Suunto, Wahoo, ROUVY, and Strava once the account is connected on the Activity Trackers page. Most sync problems come down to one of a few causes: the activity never reached the partner platform, the wrong account is connected, the connection was made without the right permissions, or the connection needs a refresh.
This guide walks you through the checks to run before contacting support, in the order that resolves most cases fastest.
Before you start
Sync is not instant. After you save an activity on your watch or app, allow up to 15 minutes for it to appear in EndoGusto. Activities from before the connection are imported once, at connection time, according to the backfill rules at the end of this article.
Connecting a device the right way
Most problems with missing history or workouts not reaching the watch start at the moment of connection, so it is worth getting these two settings right.
1. Allow the right permissions on the partner's screen. When you click Connect your [device] on Activity Trackers, the partner asks what you want to share with EndoGusto. Keep every option on. On Garmin, for example, the screen is called "Control the information you share" and lists Activities, Historical Data, and Training:
Activities lets new workouts sync to EndoGusto.
Historical Data lets EndoGusto import your past activities (the backfill). If you leave it off, nothing recorded before the connection date will ever appear.
Training lets EndoGusto send your assigned workouts to the watch.
Garmin shows EndoGusto as EndoGusto_production on its consent screens. That is us; click Agree.
2. Turn on workout upload after connecting. Once the page shows Your [device] is connected., switch on Upload assigned workouts to my [device] if the toggle is offered. It is available for Garmin, COROS, Suunto, and Wahoo, and it is what sends the workouts your coach assigns to your watch.
Run these checks
Step 1: Confirm the device is still connected
Open EndoGusto and go to Activity Trackers. A connected platform shows Your [device] is connected. with a Disconnect your tracker button.
If the platform shows Connect your [device] (or Connect with STRAVA) instead, the link has expired. This happens after password changes or when the partner revokes access. Click the button and log in again, accepting all permissions as described above.
Step 2: Check that the activity reached the partner platform
EndoGusto can only receive what the partner already has. Open the partner's own app or website (Garmin Connect, COROS app, Polar Flow, Suunto app, Wahoo app, ROUVY, or Strava) and confirm the activity is there.
If the activity is missing from the partner platform, the problem is between your watch and their app: sync the watch again, check Bluetooth, or open the partner's support page (links at the end of this article). Once the activity appears there, it will follow to EndoGusto.
Step 3: Verify you connected the right account
This is the most common cause we see. If you have more than one account with a platform (for example, a personal Strava and a club Strava, or a Garmin account created with a different email), EndoGusto may be linked to the account that is not receiving your activities.
Open the partner app your watch actually syncs to and note which login it uses. Then, on Activity Trackers, click Disconnect your tracker, click Connect your [device], and sign in with that same login.
Step 4: Disconnect and reconnect
If the account is correct and the activity is visible on the partner platform but still not in EndoGusto, refresh the connection. On Activity Trackers, click Disconnect your tracker, then Connect your [device] and log in again, keeping all permissions on. Wait 15 minutes and check the calendar.
Step 5: Look for the activity as unplanned
An activity that synced but did not land on the planned workout usually appears on the calendar as a separate activity on the same day, while the planned workout shows as Missed. Open the planned workout, click its ⋯ menu, choose Match workout, and select the activity it belongs to.
Using a watch and Strava together
You can connect both a watch (Garmin, COROS, Polar, Suunto, or Wahoo) and Strava at the same time. When the same activity arrives from both, EndoGusto keeps the version from the watch and ignores the Strava copy, so you do not get duplicates. The watch version carries the full sensor data, which is why it takes priority.
This also means that if an activity looks different from what you expected, check the watch's own app first: that is the version EndoGusto is showing. Strava is only used for activities that did not come from a connected watch.
Assigned workouts not appearing on your watch
Sending planned workouts from EndoGusto to a device is a separate direction from receiving activities. Garmin, COROS, Suunto, and Wahoo receive planned workouts. Polar, ROUVY, and Strava do not, so athletes on those platforms follow the workout from the EndoGusto app instead.
If workouts are not arriving, check two things on Activity Trackers: the Upload assigned workouts to my [device] toggle is on, and, for Garmin, the Training permission was accepted when you connected. If it was not, disconnect and reconnect, accepting it this time.
A workout is sent to the device when a coach assigns, moves, modifies, or removes it on the calendar, when the athlete moves it, after a training program readjustment, or when a new threshold is detected. After any of these, sync your watch with its app to receive the update.
Brick and multisport workouts (for example, a bike-to-run session) are not sent to any device yet. Single-sport workouts sync as described above.
Backfill: what syncs from before the connection
When you connect a platform for the first time with the Historical Data permission on, EndoGusto imports your past activities as far back as each platform allows:
Garmin: up to 5 years of history.
Strava: your full activity history, but not all at once. Strava limits how many activities EndoGusto can fetch per day, so the history fills in over several days, newest first. This is normal and needs no action.
Suunto, Wahoo, and ROUVY: your full activity history.
COROS: the last 3 months (a limit set by COROS).
Polar: activities recorded after you connect. Polar does not provide earlier data.
While a backfill is still running, everything recorded after the connection syncs as normal.
Backfill runs once per connection. Disconnecting and reconnecting does not import old activities again, so if a past activity is missing after the initial import has finished, or you connected without Historical Data, contact support rather than reconnecting.
When to contact support
Contact us if you have completed Steps 1 to 4 and the activity is visible on the partner platform, recorded after the connection date, but still missing from EndoGusto after 30 minutes. Also contact us if your past activities did not import because a permission was declined at connection time. Include the platform name, the date and time of the activity, and the email of the connected account, so we can trace it straight away.

Tips for coaches
Ask for the partner-app screenshot first. When an athlete reports a missing workout, ask them to confirm it is in Garmin Connect (or the equivalent) before anything else. That one check splits device problems from EndoGusto problems.
Ask which login they used when connecting. A mismatched account explains most "it worked before" cases; the fix is to reconnect with the login the watch syncs to.
Ask whether they kept all permissions on. No history means Historical Data was declined; no workouts on the watch means Training was declined or the upload toggle is off.
Watch first, Strava second. If an athlete has both connected, EndoGusto shows the watch version of every activity. When the numbers look off, compare against the watch app, not Strava.
Give it 15 minutes. Many "not syncing" reports resolve on their own within the sync window.
