Connecting your COROS watch to EndoGusto works in both directions. Every activity you record is imported automatically, your last three months of COROS history are backfilled, and the workouts your coach plans are sent to your COROS calendar and watch.
This guide walks you through connecting your COROS account, the one-time setup in the COROS app, and how to sync workouts to the watch.
Connect Your COROS Account
Step 1: Open Activity trackers
Log in to EndoGusto and click Activity trackers in the left sidebar. Find the COROS card and click "Connect your Coros".
Step 2: Log in to COROS and authorize
You will be redirected to COROS. Log in with your COROS account and accept the request to share your data with EndoGusto.
Step 3: Turn on workout upload
Back in EndoGusto, the COROS card shows that your account is connected. Switch on "Upload assigned workouts to my Coros". From now on, the workouts your coach assigns are sent to COROS.
One-Time Setup in the COROS App
COROS receives EndoGusto workouts as a training plan. The first time a workout is sent, you need to start that plan in the COROS app once. After that, everything is automatic.
Step 4: Start the EndoGusto Training Plan
Wait until your coach has assigned at least one upcoming workout, then:
Open the COROS app.
Go to Profile > Training Plan Library.
Under My Training Plans, tap EndoGusto Training Plan.
Tap "Start Training Plan".
All upcoming EndoGusto workouts now appear on your COROS Training Calendar, and new ones are added automatically.
Step 5: Sync workouts to your watch
Workouts on the COROS calendar still need to be sent to the watch:
In the COROS app, go to Training Calendar.
Tap the three dots (•••) in the top right corner.
Tap "Sync with your watch".
The workouts are now on your watch for their scheduled days.
Exit the EndoGusto Training Plan
If you want to stop following the EndoGusto plan on your COROS calendar without deleting it:
In the COROS app, go to Training Calendar and tap the three dots (•••).
Tap "In Progress" and choose the EndoGusto Training Plan.
Tap the three dots again and choose "Exit Training Plan".
Upcoming EndoGusto workouts disappear from your COROS calendar, but the plan stays in your Training Plan Library so you can start it again later.
What Happens After Connecting COROS
Three months of history are imported. COROS makes the last three months of activities available to connected apps, so that is what EndoGusto backfills. Earlier activities cannot be imported from COROS.
New activities sync automatically. Each time your watch syncs with the COROS app, the activity is sent to EndoGusto and matched to the planned workout for that day.
Planned workouts are kept up to date. With the upload toggle on, EndoGusto re-sends a workout to COROS whenever your coach assigns, moves, edits or removes it, whenever you move it to another day, whenever a training-plan readjustment changes your upcoming sessions, and whenever a new threshold updates your targets. Each workout is single-sport; multisport (brick) sessions are not sent to COROS.
COROS plus Strava. If you connect both, EndoGusto keeps the COROS version of each activity and ignores the Strava copy.
Tips for Athletes
Do the app setup once, right after connecting. Most "my workout isn't on my watch" cases are a plan that was never started in the COROS app.
Sync the watch the night before. Edited or moved workouts reach the watch only on the next sync.
Older history? Connect Strava too if your COROS activities are also on Strava; the Strava backfill has no time limit, and EndoGusto keeps the COROS version where both exist.
For Coaches
Athletes connect COROS themselves. Their activities arrive automatically and your planned workouts are pushed, but the athlete must start the EndoGusto Training Plan once in the COROS app and sync to the watch. Point new COROS users to this article when you onboard them.
