How to Connect ROUVY to EndoGusto

Connect your ROUVY account to EndoGusto so your indoor cycling sessions sync automatically to your training calendar, with your full history imported.

Written by EndoGusto Support

Connecting ROUVY to EndoGusto sends every indoor ride you complete straight to your training calendar, where it is matched to the session your coach planned, and imports your full ROUVY history. ROUVY is a one-way connection: rides come in, planned workouts are not sent to ROUVY.

This guide walks you through connecting your ROUVY account and what to expect afterward.

Connect Your ROUVY Account

Step 1: Open Activity trackers

Log in to EndoGusto and click Activity trackers in the left sidebar. Find the ROUVY card and click "Connect your ROUVY".

What Happens After Connecting ROUVY

Your full history is imported. EndoGusto backfills your complete ROUVY ride history when you connect. Rides appear on your calendar as they come in.

New rides sync automatically. Each ride you finish in ROUVY is sent to EndoGusto and matched to the planned workout for that day. Power, heart rate and cadence come through for analysis and training-load calculation.

Planned workouts stay in EndoGusto. ROUVY cannot receive structured workouts from EndoGusto. Open the planned session in EndoGusto, then choose a matching route or workout in ROUVY.

ROUVY plus Strava. If your ROUVY rides also upload to Strava, EndoGusto keeps the ROUVY version and ignores the Strava copy, so there are no duplicates.

Tips for Athletes

  • Check the session in EndoGusto before you ride. Since the workout is not pushed to ROUVY, look at the intervals and targets first, then pick a ROUVY workout or route that fits.

  • Keep ROUVY connected even if you have a bike computer. Indoor rides recorded only in ROUVY would otherwise never reach your coach.

  • Match unmatched rides. If a ride arrives but is not linked to the planned session, match it from the calendar so your training load is correct.

For Coaches

Athletes connect ROUVY themselves. Their indoor rides arrive automatically once connected. Planned workouts are not pushed to ROUVY, so give indoor sessions a clear structure in the workout notes that athletes can reproduce in a ROUVY workout.
