If you can't remember your EndoGusto password, you can reset it yourself from the login page in under a minute. The reset works the same way for coaches and athletes, on the web app and in the mobile app, and it doesn't affect your training data, athletes, or business settings.
This guide walks you through resetting your password and what to do if the reset email doesn't show up.
Reset Your Password
Step 1: Click Forgot Password on the Login Page
Go to app.endogusto.com/login, or open the login screen in the mobile app. Under the Password field, click "Forgot password?".
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
On the Reset your password page, type the email address you use to log in to EndoGusto in the Email field, then click "Reset password".
Use the exact address your account was created with. If you're an athlete, that's the address your coach invited you on. If you have more than one address, try the one you receive EndoGusto emails on.
Step 3: Open the Reset Link in Your Email
Check your inbox for an email from EndoGusto with a password reset link, and click the link. If it isn't there after a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder, then see the troubleshooting section below.
Step 4: Choose a New Password
The link opens a page where you set a new password. Enter it, confirm it, and save. You're then taken back to the login page, where you can sign in with your email and the new password.
If the Reset Email Doesn't Arrive
Check spam and promotions folders. Automated emails often land there the first time. Mark the email as not spam so future ones reach your inbox.
Make sure you used the right address. No email is sent if the address you entered isn't linked to an EndoGusto account. Go back to "Forgot password?" and try any other address you might have signed up with.
Wait a few minutes and request again. Email delivery can lag. Request a new link only after a few minutes; the most recent link is the one that works.
Athletes: check with your coach. Your coach can confirm which email address they invited you on.
Still nothing? Open the chat bubble or email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll sort it out.
For Coaches
Athletes reset their own passwords with the steps above; you can't reset a password on their behalf. If an athlete says they can't log in, first check the email address on their profile in Athletes matches the one they're using, then point them to this article.
Tips
Use a password manager. It generates a strong password and fills it in on both the web app and the mobile app, so you won't need to reset it again.
Change your password from inside the app when you know the current one. The reset flow is for when you're locked out. If you're logged in and just want a new password, use your account settings instead.
Log in once on each device after a reset. The mobile app will ask for the new password the next time it opens.
