Many coaches work with their own squad and also coach for a club or another team. EndoGusto lets you belong to multiple businesses with a single login and the same email, so you no longer need a separate account for each one. A workspace switcher in your avatar menu lets you move between the businesses you belong to, and each business stays fully separate.
This guide walks you through joining a second business, switching between businesses, and what to expect when you work across more than one.
Join Multiple Businesses with One Account
Step 1: Get Added to a Business
There is nothing special you need to do if you already have an EndoGusto account. When a business owner invites you as a coach using the email you registered with, EndoGusto adds that business to your existing account automatically. You keep your login, your password, and everything in the businesses you already belong to.
The same applies if you register a new business with an email that already has a coach account. EndoGusto links the new business to the account you already have.
Step 2: Open the Workspace Switcher
Click your avatar in the top right corner of the navigation bar, next to the Settings gear icon. The avatar menu opens with Help materials, Contact support, and Log out.
Once your account belongs to more than one business, the workspace switcher appears in this menu. If you only belong to one business, the switcher does not show.
Step 3: Switch to Another Business
Click the workspace switcher and select the business you want to work in. EndoGusto loads that business's calendar, athletes, library, and notifications. Everything you see and do from that point belongs to the selected business.
Step 4: Work in Two Businesses Side by Side
Each browser tab keeps its own active business. Open EndoGusto in a second tab, switch to a different business there, and you can work in both at the same time without either tab changing the other.
For Business Owners: Inviting a Coach Who Already Has an Account
Invite the coach the same way you invite anyone else. If their email already has an EndoGusto account, the invite adds your business to that account instead of returning an "email already in use" error. The coach does not need to create a new login or accept anything separately.
One email can own only one business. A coach can hold coach memberships in as many businesses as they are invited to, but they can be the business owner of only one.
What Happens After You Join Multiple Businesses
Your own business opens by default. When you log in, EndoGusto opens the business you own. Use the workspace switcher to move to any other business.
Each business stays separate. Athletes, calendars, libraries, and settings do not carry over between businesses. Nothing you do in one business is visible in another.
Notifications follow the active business. The inbox shows notifications for the business you are currently in. Switch businesses to see the other inbox.
Removing you from one business does not affect the others. If a business owner removes you as a coach, only that membership ends. Your account and your other businesses stay intact.
Tips for Coaches
Use the same email everywhere. If a club or team wants to add you, give them the email you already use for EndoGusto. A different email creates a second account instead of a second membership.
Check which business you are in before assigning work. Athletes and workouts belong to one business only. Glance at the active business before building or assigning a workout.
Keep one tab per business. If you coach for two businesses on the same day, open each in its own browser tab. You avoid switching back and forth and can compare calendars side by side.
Rebuild shared workouts in each library. Libraries do not sync across businesses. If you use the same session in two places, save it to both libraries.
