Connecting Strava to EndoGusto brings every activity you record into your training calendar automatically and imports your full Strava history so your coach can see how you have been training. Strava is a one-way connection: activities flow from Strava to EndoGusto, and planned workouts are not sent back to Strava.
This guide walks you through connecting your Strava account and what to expect once it is linked.
Connect Your Strava Account
Step 1: Open Activity trackers
Log in to EndoGusto and click Activity trackers in the left sidebar. Find the Strava card and click "Connect with STRAVA".
Step 2: Authorize EndoGusto in Strava
You will be redirected to Strava. Log in if needed, keep the access options ticked so EndoGusto can read your activities, and click "Authorize".
Step 3: Confirm the connection
You return to EndoGusto and the Strava card shows that your account is connected. You can disconnect from the same card at any time.
What Happens After Connecting Strava
Your full history is imported. EndoGusto imports your complete Strava activity history, not just recent months. To respect Strava's daily limits, the import runs in batches of a few hundred activities per day, so a large history can take several days to arrive completely. Activities appear on your calendar as they come in; you do not need to do anything.
New activities sync automatically. Each activity you upload to Strava, from any device, is sent to EndoGusto and matched to the planned workout for that day. If a match is not obvious, you or your coach can match it manually.
Planned workouts do not go to Strava. Strava cannot receive structured workouts. If you want your coach's planned sessions on your watch, connect the watch itself (Garmin, COROS, Suunto or Wahoo) alongside Strava.
Strava plus a watch. If you connect both Strava and a watch, EndoGusto keeps the watch version of each activity and ignores the Strava copy. You get the richer data from the watch and no duplicates.
Tips for Athletes
Use Strava as the catch-all. It is the simplest way to get activities from devices EndoGusto does not connect to directly, such as smart trainers or apps that upload to Strava.
Private activities still sync. EndoGusto reads your activities through your own authorization, so activities marked private on Strava are imported too.
Be patient with a big history. Thousands of activities take a few days to arrive. If the import seems to have stopped, contact support.
Check the match, not just the upload. An activity that arrived but was not linked to the planned workout shows as unmatched on your calendar; match it so your coach's analysis is correct.
For Coaches
Athletes connect Strava themselves. Once connected, their activities arrive on your calendar automatically. Because Strava has no workout push, athletes who rely only on Strava will not see your planned sessions on a device; suggest they also connect their watch.
